At Aarons of Yorkshire we select quality pine timber from sources

3 beams in process of being restored
throughout the country to ensure that our feature beams are both attractive and durable, whether they are load-bearing, decorative, or encasement beams. All our beams are hand finished and can be stained to match in with existing features.

Each beam is hand planed and sanded, treated against woodworm and rot, stained to your choice of colour and sealed with high grade wood seal.

Our experienced team will make sure that the beams are fitted safely and with minimum disturbance to your home.

Untreated Beams
and planed to whatever size you require. Older wood is well-seasoned and generally has greater character than fast grown modern timber, but bear in mind that specially selected and prepared recycled beams may work out slightly more expensive than rough sawn new wood.
